In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, bio-mat.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. bio-mat.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, bio-mat.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge minus any charges from the credit card company for such action only. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. bio-mat.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. bio-mat.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders are subject to pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

Written Warranty Information:
We warrant to you, the original purchaser, that our products and all their parts and copmponents are free of defects in material or workmanship. "Defects" as used in this warranty, are defined as any imperfections which impair or impede the function and use of the product.
This warranty applies under the conditions of normal use. Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. and Fuji Bio Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a direct use of negligence or misuse, use on improper voltage/current, or use contrary to the operation instructions indicated. Disassembly, repair, or alteration, by any person other than those from an authorized service center is strictly prohibited. Any of these incidences will void the warranty.
Our warranty obligation is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of parts and components from the time of purchase through the end of the warranty period stated for that product.
All products purchased from E-Commerce sites (Amazon, eBay, etc) will not be covered under warranty.
To obtain service under this warranty, you must call prior to submitting your product to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. This number is required and must be placed in a visible area on the front of the package.
In addition you must also present or send your Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. product with a copy of the original sales slip, your charge or credit card receipt, or other proof of the date of the original retail purchase of the product to Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. and Fuji Bio Inc. at 1314 South King T, Ste #520, Honolulu, HI, 96814.
Any postage, insurance, transportation, or shipping costs incurred in presenting or sending your Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. product for service is your responsibility.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights which may vary from state to state.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
The duration of any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise, on this product shall be limited to the duration of the applicable expressed warranty set forth above. In no event shall Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. and Fuji Bio Inc. be liable for any loss, inconvenience or damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise with respect to this product except as set forth herein.
Limited Lifetime Warranties for: Alka-Life, Amethyst Tourmaline Pillow, Biobelt/Poka Poka Belt, Biomat, Quantum Energy Pad, and Rejuvena 3000sl.

Returns for Refund

Refunds - A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number must be obtained by contacting our office (808-589-2800) or emailing (customerservice@Richway & Fuji Bio Inc.usa.com) us before any returns for refunds or repairs are made. Be sure to have your invoice (RI) number on hand when contacting our office.
REFUND POLICY:

  1. 0 to 7 days from date of delivery 100% Refund
  2. 8 to 14 days from date of delivery 70% Refund
  3. 15 to 30 days from date of delivery 50% Refund
  4. 31 days or more days from date of delivery 0% Refund

Returns must be received by our office within two (2) weeks from the date the RMA was given. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Richway & Fuji Bio Inc. International, Inc. 100% warranty term is 1 year.

Repair service is available for each product's serviceable life. If we determine that a product is not repairable due to unavailability of functional parts or the serviceable life of the product has expired, we will not be able to service your product. The repair service does not cover any product which is damaged or malfunctioning due to causes beyond our control including, but not limited to, repairs necessitated by operator or owner negligence such as the failure to maintain the product according to the owner's manual instructions, improper installation, accidental damage, damage from abuse, misuse, mold, mildew, bodily fluids and other liquid contact, rust or corrosion, and acts of nature.

When inquiring about a repair, please provide a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing and provide your RI NUMBER for your purchase. The RI number is the Richway Fuji Bio Inc. invoice number for your purchase which is obtained at the time you place the order. The following information provides some details of our repair service.

  1. Up to 2 months from the date of delivery, Richway Fuji Bio Inc. will pick up the product, repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.
  2. 3 months to 12 months from the date of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to Richway, Richway will repair it and send it back to the customer at no charge.
  3. Lifetime Replacement Program:
  4. 13 months to 24 months from the date of delivery, service charge is 10% of the retail price, the product does not need to be shipped to Richway, a brand new product will be shipped by Richway (shipping fee paid by customer).
  5. 25 months to 36 months from the date of delivery, service charge is 20% of the retail price, the product does not need to be shipped to Richway, a brand new product will be shipped by Richway (shipping fee paid by customer).
  6. After 3 years from the date of delivery, service charge is 30% of the retail price, the product does not need to be shipped to Richway, a brand new product will be shipped by Richway (shipping fee paid by customer).
  7. Only the original buyer of the product can call to get the warranty service.

How to send product in for repair:
  1. Pack items securely. Do not send the Biomat in the suitcase/carry bag. If stones are leaking from the Biomat for any reason, tape the delivery box well at all openings to prevent stones from leaking out of the package while in transit.
  2. IMPORTANT: Write the RMA number on the outside of the package along with return name, address and phone number. Richway will not be responsible for packages that are shipped without an RMA number written outside of the package. These packages may be refused and returned to sender.
  3. The package(s) must have a tracking number. UPS or FedEx shipments can be tracked. If sending via the US Postal Service (USPS) requesting delivery confirmation will enable tracking of your item. If sending via USPS, you may insure your item at your discretion, but the insurance receipt cannot be used for tracking. The shipment is considered the customer's property and responsibility until it is received by Richway. The customer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring their shipment is received by Richway. Please keep your tracking number on record to monitor your shipment.

How to send in payment for repair:
  1. Upon completion of the repair, Richway Fuji Bio Inc. will get in contact with the customer for payment information and return address confirmation.
  2. If you would like to pay by check, you may enclose a check payable to Richway Fuji Bio Inc. & Fuji Bio Inc. with your repair.

Service time: Estimated 14 days after Lifetime Care Program form and payment has been received.

Parts covered: Electronic components, heating element, top cover replacement, pillow (stone) wrap replacement and carry case (carry case within 1st year only) CONTROLLER - Free repair under warranty. Out of warranty - Free repair if it is repairable when the customer sends the controller to Richway. If it is not repairable, 50% of the then current Controller retail price for a replacement.
BIOMAT ACCESSORIES - COTTON PAD, QUANTUM ENERGY PADS, AND ASSEMBLY PARTS, OTHER RELATED PRODUCTS - CUSHIONS, PILLOWS, GERMANIUM PADS, AND ALL HEALTH PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPAIR.
